Sourcing with Care
Great food starts with great ingredients — and we’re proud to work with a network of trusted suppliers who share our values around quality, sustainability, and craft.
NearyNógs Chocolate – Stone-ground on the Mourne coast, their ethically sourced, bean-to-bar chocolate features in many of our brownies, bakes, and seasonal specials.
Edinburgh Butter Company – Their cultured butter, slow-churned in small batches, gives our pastries and croissants their rich, signature flavour.
Corndale Farm – Based in Limavady, their award-winning charcuterie brings bold, smoky depth to our savoury bakes and pizzas.
Foricher Organic French Flour – We use this premium organic flour in our croissants and viennoiserie, staying true to classic French technique and texture.
Wilkinson’s Butchers, Tandragee – A local institution, their high-welfare meats go into our sausage rolls, filled buns, and rotating savoury specials.
Ballylisk Dairies – Our next door neighbours supplying fresh, high-quality milk that enriches our custards, creams, and of course plays a huge role in our drinks.
Bro Coffee – Sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee beans, Bro Coffeefrom Millisle fuels our brews with flavour and care.
Chapel Lane Eggs is a small, family-run organic egg farm based in Whitecross, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Since 2014 the farm has raised its flocks in barns, ensuring the hens are free-range: once mature, the hens have access to outdoor range areas — roaming among native apple, pear and plum trees — and plenty of space indoors with enrichment like pecking toys and straw bales. The eggs they produce are certified organic, meaning the hens are fed organic feed (no GM feed), no routine antibiotics are used, and the farm follows strict welfare and environmental standards.
Organic Flour – Our naturally leavened loaves are made with carefully selected organic flours that support both flavour and fermentation.
Every ingredient we choose is part of a bigger story — one that supports local producers, respects the process, and brings real character to every bake. You can taste the difference, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We’re also proud to run a fruit trade-in program within the local community, where customers can trade in fruit they’ve grown for freshly baked bread. This initiative helps reduce food waste while turning local produce into fantastic, flavourful products — strengthening the connection between our bakery and the community we serve.
