We are deeply committed to becoming more sustainable in everything we do. From sourcing our ingredients to packaging our products, we are always working to minimize our environmental impact and take better care of the planet and our community.

Our goal is to approach zero-waste, whether it’s repurposing leftover sourdough starter into crackers or preserving extra fruits and vegetables. We’re constantly finding new ways to reduce waste and create innovative products you'll love. We’re proud to support local businesses, building strong partnerships with neighbours like Wilkinson’s Butchers, and with some of the best producers across Northern Ireland—such as NearyNógs Chocolate, Bro Coffee, and Chapel Lane Organic Eggs.

We also encourage reducing packaging waste and invite you to pick up one of our tote bags for bread (or bring your own!) or use one of our ceramic to-go mugs for drinks.
